Course Description
Explores the creation of spontaneous movement experiences with emphasis on self-expression and creature awareness. Includes improvisational techniques utilizing body awareness, use of the environment, and group dynamics

General Course Purpose
DAN 167 provides opportunities for students to explore movement inspired by poetry, visual art, and various cultures. Students will investigate movement through props, sounds and observations of others. Students will be expected to provide clear feedback regarding the work of other artists.
