Presents a framework of personal money management concepts, including establishing values and goals, determining sources of income, managing income, preparing a budget, developing consumer buying ability, using credit, understanding savings and insurance, providing for adequate retirement, and estate planning.

This course is part of a project called Follett ACCESS. The cost for the course materials for this class is $60.94. The electronic course materials will be available to students in Canvas when the course begins. Students will be billed for tuition, fees, and required course materials.
This course meets entirely online with no scheduled meeting times. Students may have to purchase physical and/or electronic books and/or other course materials. Students may be required to take at least one proctored assessment. Faculty will inform students of the proctored assessment requirements in the syllabus and class notes. Instructors may require a webcam and microphone for audio and video capabilities. Asynchronous classes may require a proctored exam from the Testing Center or another location. Students may be able to choose an optional remote proctoring service which requires a student fee.
