MKT 170 - Customer Service
Introduces students to the concepts of marketing as they relate to customer service. Teaches development of customer service training and implementation of strategies to improve customer relations and service. Includes lecture, role-playing, and case studies.

Classes will be taught through live zoom with all zoom lectures recorded for students to view at their convenience. Students are not required to log in live if they are unable. Students will also be allowed to meet in the classroom face-to-face if they wish.
