- Advances skills and exploration in drawing through studio practice. Continues investigation of elements and principles of design emphasizing perceptual figure drawing. Introduces a variety of media and techniques including color media and theory. Supports conceptual development through introduction to historical and contemporary practices and critical analysis. May include field trips. This is a UCGS transfer course.Lecture 1 hour. Studio instruction 4 hours. Total 5 hours per week.
