EDU 214 - Instructional Principles of Driver Education
Analyzes rules and regulations that govern the conduct of Driver Education programs with special emphasis on organization and administration. Includes uses in the classroom, driving range and on the street. Prepares students so they may be eligible to take the state certification exam in driver education.
Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
Prerequisite: EDU 114.

This course is for people who are interested in becoming endorsed to teach Driver Education. It is not a course to gain your initial driver's license.
This is a hybrid class that will meet on the Middletown campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM beginning July 1 and ending August 4. All other work will be completed online.
